TruAccess™ is a FireSteel Technologies Managed Service. We process your usage data for you and provide you with Vital Statistics and Reports to reconcile your Access Billing. Our powerful call matching process matches your recordings with access records received from the RBOC or other carriers to accurately report differences, identify wireless origination by service provider, and highlight missing usage data otherwise known as phantom traffic. FireSteel Technologies can work directly with you or with your Engineering/Consulting firm to ensure proper billing to and payment from connecting carriers. Our service can also be used as a revenue assurance tool to crosscheck other downstream processes.
